Frieda is a competent and experienced facilitator, with over 15 years experience creating and managing experiential learning events. Areas of program expertise include innovation, problem solving, 360 Degree Feedback, Six Sigma/Process Excellence, and Breakthrough Thinking. She is also an outstanding bi-lingual facilitator and translator.
